Child Psychology?

Does anyone have any defenses against children, particularly one I can't escape get away from? I have to watch my four year old cousin. He's a spoiled brat and very loud, and he tortures the poor dog. After seeing his friends, I wouldn't quite classify him as a hellion or demon child though I do think he would qualify as a jackanapes. My biggest

You could always duct tape his mouth shut. I've done that to people here. If it works on drunken morons, it should work on four-year-olds. Get a few different colors, & after the first few times, just start asking the brat what color he'd like used on him this time. =^n.n^= It's quite an effective deterrent.
