So, Brandon Routh and Kristin Kreuk are apparently going to be in the next season of Chuck. I can't tell if one sort of cancels out the joy of the other, so I kind of really want to see this. I recently watched Table For Three, a romantic comedy with Brandon Routh playing a lovable dork. The movie had questionable merit, though it managed to be ( Read more... )

Ha, I am torn in much the same manner regarding Chuck. For some reason, it dropped off my radar last season (even though I enjoyed it when I managed to watch) but Brandon is enough to get me seeking it out again. But I'll definitely be watching his wife in Dexter! Liked her so far in the leaked episode.

Oh man, my reading is nothing but ya books lately. It's an addiction! I need to crack open a grownup book or two sometime.

Yeah, Chuck slipped off my must-watch list last year, too (then again, so did most things, heh), but I never *disliked* it. Fun but not that memorable, I guess. Huh, didn't know about Courtney on Dexter.

Did I mention that I'm only reading Chabon right now because at the moment I'm out of vampire novels? Heh. I've got an Anita Blake on the way, but I'm craving Sookie Stackhouse...

I haven't been able to get into the first Sookie Stackhouse novel. Love True Blood but perhaps the visual appeal of Jason is more of a contributing factor than I thought!

But zombies are totally the new vampires anyway - you need to get in on that. I would recommend Carrie Ryan's The Forest of Hands and Teeth because I want to hear your take on it. There's this one paragraph I want to quote to people because it made me put the book down and have an OMG YES moment, but doesn't really make that much sense if you haven't read the book up to that point. Anyway, it's like the universe's way of balancing out Twilight, to me.

I also have not gotten that into Anita Blake, but I see from Wikipedia that they get spicier. And Sookie Stackhouse is just...compulsive, or something. Yey rec! I have been reading a LOT lately.
