wOW! My thighs are burning BABY! It was a fun first day, I learned most of the 'moves' a couple were a little tricky but, I'm sure I'll get them down soon. I have to follow their meal plans too- it didnt seem hard, but I have to eat 6 small meals a day. No more sweets, junk food, pop, tea, coffee, hmmm, everything that's good. OHHHHH no more fast
