is the blue sea-anenome sort of thing a vintage bead? i have a pair of earrings made from beads just like that--only hot pink! i found them at a hispter craft fair...

I think there's room in the hipster art ouvre for such lovely work. Plus, anything involving deconstruction and repurposing vintage beads is good. Best of luck getting into the craft shows!
