Fairstaff and Lifeline are both agencies based on Oxford Street that specialise in medical secretarial staff - they're pretty small and personalised, and I've not known to be actively evil in the past. I've not worked for them for a few years now, so not sure how good the medical temping work market is at the moment, but it might be worth a shot.
