So my thought for next year is that you should run 10 Good Larps, all 10 little good larp game ideas, or snippets that might be lifted out of a good game, but which are so small, time, player, and character sheet wise that they aren't full games. You could give people just the dramatic scenes and moments of revelations that people get in good games. (And it would let you continue to spoof LARP genres in a non-offensive fashion.)
