Addendum to last night's update about Fire on High: I've continued hacking on the software today.  Here are the things that now work that didn't yesterday:

Attempting to run Server.py complains that it can't find a module called solidfuel, which doesn't seem to exist in google-land. Maybe a custom mod on your system but not in the svn repo?

Yeah, sorry, I forgot about that. SolidFuel is a custom library I wrote to support this engine. It's in a different SVN repo:

http://svn.aegames.org/svn/solidfuel

Just copy that whole directory into your Python's site-packages directory, and you should be good to go. You'll likely have to Google for some other Python modules, like, for example, Dice3DS.

But actually, in point of fact, you probably don't want to spend a lot of time trying to run FireEngine without having a valid "resources" directory, since it will refuse to run anyway without a game to run. And the only one in existence, right now, is Fire on High. I put up the link mainly so people can look at the source code. But you're certainly more than welcome to try using it to run the Fire on High game files after Intercon... :)
