Although, now that I think about it, Boondocks is a pretty good guess for 10. I can certainly see where you'd make the connection between it and "black humor" (although probably not for the right reasons), and you'd have to be a trivia nut (like I am) to know that it takes place in Maryland, not New Jersey.
