I was just wondering if once you won the ballot for a concert, is there a chance to change dates with someone who is willing to?
I won the ballot for the December 22nd concert at Fukuoka Dome, but it seems there will be some difficulties to arrange with my actual job, so I was wondering (since it's the first time I win the ballot) if it's possible to change dates with someone who is willing to..
I'm still new with procedures and such.. I would really appreciate if someone can explain a bit about that XD
