Ok I haven't really posted in a while about anything of value. So what. I have seen and done many thing recently that have sparked lots of thought and some great conversation.(See: 'Children of Men' and 'Good Night and Good Luck ( Read more... )

..so make sure you keep it alive!

And maybe this unappreciative stranger should not be able to use, "good bye" since, after all, it comes from, god be with you/ye.

i've decided MD is the worst state ever...i comment constantly on how rude people are here (which is pretty bad since CA isn't that great) and how i can't believe that no one has the COMMON COURTESY to use a blinker, say excuse me, hold a door, or just be kind and cordial in general.
i actually make a point to tell people who are nice to me (like phone customer service people or people who actually smile) how nice it is that THEY'RE nice...
you're right-our world is so sad and self absorbed.

I agree, common courtesy IS dying! I've noticed it for years now. I refuse to give in though. It's too important to me. But it does sadden me to think what a sad, non-friendly world this is becoming. :o(
