I don't get it. Why don't people here build apartments and homes with AC units? For crying out loud, it's goddamn uncomfortable to just sit here. This is after I cooked dinner, of course, but are people here not supposed to have a hot meal from June to September

I do, but the way my windows are built, it's gonna take an engineering marvel to figure out how to install it. I tried yesterady, but ended up leaking condensation all down my wall. Not good.

It's fuggin hot. I don't care what people from Southerly climes say when they're chiding our complaints. When you live in a marine climate that averages in the 40s to 60s nine months of a year, anything above 80 is uncomfortable.
