I'm afraid to give the regular V8's a go because tomatoes disgust me... but their V-fusion's are amaaaaaaazing; specifically the peach mango! =)

I just can't help but wonder though if the V8 Fusion is nearly as good for you as the regular V8 Juice. Any type of 'fruity concoction' these days just strikes me as another excuse for sugar. Maybe I just need to read the ingredients.

every now and then a lone zappa or ctd song will pop up in my itunes party shuffle... and if i'm alone, i'll listen. otherwise, i quickly ff to the next song.
