Thus far, I am taking Intro to Philosophy, Intro to Visual Arts (the foundation course for the art major), and Overview of the Universe. I am slightly concerned that I have only fifteen minutes between all three, plus a Tuesday discussion section for the Visual Arts class fifteen minutes after Overview of the Universe. Overview of the Universe is bullshit, I hear. Often. You'll get an A and kill a GE, but you won't learn anything. Nature of Science (philosophy) kills the science GE if that's all you're looking at doing, and it was on the borderline between good and really good (although I was in the relative minority in thinking so). But quality of the lectures aside, the substance of the class was really interesting/worthwhile, so I'd recomend that.
Look forward to seeing you, man. When do you get out there?
