On Running: Post Marathon

Well, it finally happened; I ran my first full marathon.

The race went really well, and I hit all of my goals.  I did not stop or walk, and I finished in under four hours (3:57:16).  I even managed to place third in my age group and was 17/94 overall, which is much better than I expected.  It was a very emotional experience for me and something I
