sickly week; enjoyable weekend

i was sick for a week and didnt report for work so I had a lot of rest which wasn't really like pleasurable rest because my sickness was so painful. i had mouth ulcers in my throat's arch so there was burning sensation whenever i gulp or swallow. i can hardly eat anything good and had to settle with only liquids like cereal drink and coffee mainly

we become immune to the virus but the virus also evolves...scurry! :) i wish we already have nano-robotic anti-bodies which can help fight those viruses in our blood. they just need to zap away the unwanted.

LOL. im now darker because i forgot to bring my sun block and tanning oil during the last training. i like my color now. i think i will make it look darker. another trianing this weekend. not overbaked. LOL! i might get skin cancer.
