every CNY in Singapore they do this interesting traditional ritual called "Lo Hei" (im uncertain if that's the correct spelling)...I didn't understand what the lady was saying but I knew it was sort of like wishes of prosperity, good health and happiness....so I felt like I was Prew in one of Charmed's episodes chanting spells.

we did this today for our late celebration of chinese new year, it was my first time and had a lot of fun

i think the tatse depends on how much or how many ingredients you mix. :) one way or another, they are are still prosperity happiness and good health LOL!
