I always claim that I've been uninspired over the past year or so but really, it looks like all I have to do is force myself to sit down and write. What comes out is not always good but hey, I've written, so I shouldn't complain. Also, write or die really helps me to not get distracted ( Read more... )

Haven't started yet, but am only aiming for 15k and hoping to get into it today, so still hopeful! :P Glad to hear it's going well for you!

15k (and 20k) is an amount where it's okay if you don't write everyday. I'm sure you'll do just fine :D I didn't write this weekend but I'm close to the halfway point by now.

Likewise I'm aiming for 20k and am basically writing random scenes of a new story. One of the first NaNos I did I wrote scenes based on prompts for a dieselpunk story and then they naturally started to form their own chronology. For the novel, with a bit of creative editing and transition scene insertions I managed to chain them together for a 90k book ( ... )

I suck at handwriting simply because I tend to misplace my papers and the thought of then typing it all up makes me very sad ;) If I didn't have a computer available, it might be different but since I do, I never even think about handwriting.
