So, I haven't been able to sleep well lately. I used to be able to fall asleep anytime I wanted to. But now, it takes me hours. Is there anything to help me get to sleep faster? (Like... counting sheep, warm milk, etc.) Any superstitions that may prevent nightmares I am willing to try also... >.<
