Even Germany (blog.peta.org/archives/DSCF1267.JPG) and England (blog.peta.org/archives/Canadian%20seal%20demo.JPG) (Edit: And France! blog.peta.org/archives/2007/04/sealers_get_pun.php) are protesting the baby seal slaughter. Now, I know some of your citizens are against it too, so I don't really blame you, but...well, a lot of people want you to stop killing seals in time for the 2010 Olympics, and baby seals are really cute. I guess I just never expected it from someone who seems as sweet as you, Canada!
If this seems inflammatory, I'm sorry. I love you guys, really, but I've been researching PETA and I can't stop thinking about Matt when I'm reading about Canadian seal slaughter. And here I thought my first question would be asking Alfred what part of his body I live on.
