Ok im getting ready to move out to iraq in march06. I was not yet told where i will be going. All i wanted to knwo is where in the country do i want to go. I mean i want to see some action. I was told by ppl that wear just over all they did was sit around. All they coudl to pass time was watch the sun move from east to west. Im in a combat MP ( Read more... )

PFC KOLATSKI..... i really cant tell u nothing im in trainning at in the south..... but kept in mind thaT the emenies are listen, but no u will not be doing that..... u been doing so cool shit ..... im 19 k but now im 11 bravo......

thank you CPT Noble for ur input on what i may be doing over there. I also thank you for reminding me that the enemy is all was watching. Next time i will not give out that much information

As an MP you could be thrown about anywhere, there's a shortage (to the point they're pullin' in Air Force and reclassin' FA) of that MOS.

As to the free time, sometimes you'll have a lot, sometimes you won't have any. That's just the way the Army works. With the action stuff, don't go lookin' for the war, because it will find you. Action usually means you/your buddies getting hurt/killed.

thank you spc for ur imput on why question. I know that action mean ppl will get hurt that part of war. i just want to know what i can expect from teh time ill spend there
