Lately, he'd let himself go a little. He looked fuller, though no less attractive to his standards. Women still flirted with him, so he knew he was still in the clear. Yet, his face was always so sullen, eyes dark despite their blue, pure quality.
Arthur. He was still so heavy hearted...because of that Englishman.
But things were turning up. He felt like he was moving on...so to speak. And so, in an attempt to regain his former physique, he headed to the pool to swim.
After quickly changing out, he came out onto the pooldeck only to notice the grumpy Italian. Oh how cute. The Frenchman slipped in and made his way over to his co-worker.
"Allo, Lovino," he said, smile on his face. "Good day, isn't it?"

"Yeah, it's, uh, it's okay I guess." He could deal with this bastard. "You swim after work often?" But obviously, he was fidgeting. He was alone in a pool with Francis, after all.

He inched closer. "I don't swim often, non. But today..." he looked off, mind wandering back to the man he'd just lost, "today, I feel differently about swimming at work. And, my luck! I found you here too. I suppose God shines down on me as well."
His hand moved to his golden hair, playing with the bouncy locks. His hair. His pride.
Francis smiled. "What are you doing here, though? Do you swim often? If so, I'd come down here more often!" Yes, flirting. That was what he did best. His blue eyes seemed less grave when he spoke to the Italian and, perhaps, there was a glint of light that caught his eye. They looked...bright, happy. But the bearded man had no idea that he might, for once in a long while, actually be enjoying himself.

"Psh, anyone else would consider themselves cursed to be stuck in a room with me." He lied, mostly to himself. "I'm swimming, obviously." There was an added edge to his response that suggested he didn't want to further indulge Francis with his reasons for swimming. Lovino merely tucked his wet bangs behind his ear in a haughty fashion. That single unruly curl was still standing free from the rest of his hair, though sagging some because of the water weight.

Quietly, he slunk out of the locker room, his clothes stuffed into a locker with the mostly-empty case he carried about, and stared out over the pool, a little dismal about this whole diet thing but willing to try if it meant he could attract ladies.

"Fuckin' cold water, why can't it be warm, motherfuckin' piece of sh--- god damn it, I'm doing it again!" He hit the surface of the water hard enough to quell his frustration, but even though he thought he was alone, he still felt stupid. "Why does everything piss me off..." His voice trailed off as he looked at his reflection in the water, searching for answers there.

Or he could just hide back here and keep his mouth shut and try to figure out why brother seemed so upset. Yeah, he liked that idea.

He tried to keep a calm tone, despite his growing embarassment.
"You know, I can see your feet under the chair, Feli."

Swimming at night, though, sounded odd to her. It sounded ridiculous at first, honestly.
Yet she still found herself in the premise of Nationcorp's pool deck, sporting in a thin white jacket, a red two-piece bikini, and some black flip flops. Mỹ Linh walked over to the pool with an arm bent, holding on to the other arm's forearm.
"Ah?" She did not realize that someone else was around, crazy enough to swim at night. A bit timidly, she approached the water and then took a seat on the edge. "Hmm, may I come in?" Not like she asked permission to actually acknowledge it. She just felt like she should say it and intended to go in anyway.

"A-ah! I didn't know anyone else would be here. Go ahead, the water's a little cold but.." He trailed off, having to look away from the bella donna. She probably wouldn't appreciate his staring. He turned away and splashed some water to no one in the large pool. "You can just pretend I'm not here or somethin'."

She dipped in a bit gracefully, feeling the shiver against her stomach. "Oh it's... really cold." She shivered a bit and then sighed. Ugh, she hated cold. It made her miss the humid warmth of her home country. Damn New York is way too cold to like.
"Are you just here to relax?" She asked bluntly as she sunk a bit lower in the shallow area, enough to sit.

"...yes. Just needed to clear my head some, you know?" He gave her an awkward smile, dripping with Italian charm. Just about then, he realized he didn't know her name or where she worked in the company. "You work here too, right? What department?"

He did feel a touch uncomfortable without his headdress but he tried to convince himself that swimming in it would be a touch odd. He looked about the pool and took a tentative step. He noticed someone in the pool. "Ah.....hello, I did not know someone else was here."

It was this train of thought that was interrupted as Lovino was floating on his back in the pool, the sound of another person in the cavernous room filling his ears and bringing him from his reverie.
"...Mmhmm. Just taking the time to relax, don't mind me." He glanced over at the owner of the voice... and didn't quite recognize the person. Yet at the same time, he seemed really familiar. Odd.

Gupta was hoping for a moment's repose. To gather his thoughts in a solitary moment. Such things seemed fleeting here; everywhere seemed to teem with life, buzzing and chattering.
He sat on the edge of the pool and offered a small expression of curiosity."I must admit I haven't swum much since I was at home,so I am most anxious"
He stuck his toes in. It was cold, causing his skin to tingle and pimple from the cold. Maybe this was a bad idea.
