I liked this chapter a lot - good transition piece from the last chapter. I like how Beck is still weary and weighed down. He still needs a huggle... :(

Yeah, the whole thing always bothered me. I mean, Mary, Mimi, and Skylar all got laid - on screen! - as part of an ongoing relationship, and none of them got knocked up? Really?

Beck noticed the rest of the staff shift in their seats to watch the upcoming ‘discussion’.
I love this! I could just picture this happening. Everybody might try to be subtle about it but wouldn't want to miss the entertaining "sparks" between Beck and Heather.
Beck chuckled again. That certainly explained a lot. And while he might have preferred a surplus of, say, antibiotics, he wasn’t going to complain. It meant fewer mouths to feed in the long run. Besides, it helped morale.

Yeah, it's kind of like watching your parents fight - you'd never take either of them on yourself, but take secret glee in watching them argue with each other. Especially because they're both yelling at someone that's not you.
