Summary: Spoilers for 4x11. Written for the prompt: Agravaine now knows Merlin suspects his betrayal, so he is going to silence him. Meanwhile, Arthur starts realizing something smells fishy about his uncle.

Seriously though, I liked your take on the characters, especially Agravaine. His choices on how to deal with Merlin, and the language for him sounded very much like the man we've seen on the show -- proper and elegant and formal, yet vicious and devious and without much care or concern (except for Morgana, which showed through even in that brief sentence about he must not fail her). It worked for me as a reader.

Can't wait to read that second part. *nudge nudge* :D

Thank you! For the most part, I try to keep my characters as close to canon as possible so I'm really glad Agravaine comes across as being in character.

The second part is being worked on and hopefully not too far off being done. :)

I really wish the writers had made Agravaine the actual threat he is here. Creepily IC. I especially loved the little bit where he says he actually enjoys the thrill of nearly being caught.

Anyway. Hope he gets his comeuppance soon!
