Marvel's Agent Carter

I don't like it. I wanted to like it, but I don't. The problem is Agent Carter herself. (1) After four episodes, I still don't know who she is beyond a woman who believes in democracy, loved Steve Rogers, and can handle herself in a fight. But who is she? What music does she like? What's her favorite pastime? Does she do anything other than her job

I haven't seen it, but you touch on points that I know would bother me.

That actually makes me feel a little bit better. There's SO much genre television available now that I tend to feel a little bit guilty when I hear about a show that sounds like something I would like, and I'm not watching it. Now that I know I probably wouldn't like it, I can miss it with equanimity!

It's not a bad show and I don't dislike it. I just don't like it, you know? If it didn't tie into the Marvel Universe, I probably wouldn't continue to watch. :shrug:
