Once again the loud-mouthed ill-informed sprout their stupidity! Thankfully, there are some sensible Americans who see something akin to the NHS in America as a Good Thing.

My friend Kelly for one. She's in a very undesireable situation at the minute with no health insurance and a potentially hereditry condition that could affect her health.

In most cases, it boils down to Democrat v Republican. Sensible people will always say free/subsidised health care is a good idea. Morons (usually rich morons) will heartily disagree because, quite simply, they can afford to break a leg...which I hope they do...painfully!

Pfft. Everyone knows that zombie Joe Stalin is the secret head of the NHS (which in the Cyrillic alphabet translates as KGB! You couldn't make it up - Ingerlund not Britttish)

Yeah, so slightly more seriously, I do wish the very stupid weren't given way more airtime than the more intelligent specimens (the majority) but apparently, dumb fucks bleating scripted mantrae (plural of mantra, possibly, but I'm guessing) gets you more money.

What fox news, the republicans, and by association rednecks conveniently choose to ignore is that their current healthcare system will also be kept in place, much like private practices in this country. The upshot of this is that the presy-dent can give healthcare to millions, improve healthcare for many more millions, and for those who are worried about their grandmas getting seen slightly less quickly because they can't force it through by throwing more dollars at the doctor, they needn't worry because that will still work albeit at the more efficient speed and lower price they don't deserve.
