I don't really like being at home. I get all conscious about my dressing up and how me and my parents don't talk about it. Like today I went to town and saw some really nice things ((mostly corsets)). I wasn't really thinking about actually buying one, what with a price tag of £70+ but ... it just made me feel down ( Read more... )

How about dressing up in the environments where you feel most at ease and comfortable?

At the start of the summwer, we discussed a cross-dressing party. Maybe something like that, very casual with company that you trust is the thing to get your confidence back a little. It's obvious you're happy when you dress up and no-one would ever want to deprive you of that or make you feel awkward. Just do it when you feel at your most relaxed, you always say you have to be in the mood for dressing up, but hopefully there can an event soon where you feel content enough with everything to dress up.

You always look really chuffed when you're dressed up, and you look awesome. :)

Do what feels natural, hun! *hugs*

Hell yes. Cross dressing parties are awesome. *so up for that XD*

Also if you don't mind being prodded inappropriately with with tape-measures and pins I could always attempt to make you a corset XD

You know, in my head I connect your dressing up with LAN partys. Because you tend to do it then. Presumabely becasue we LAN'ers are a sensitive and tollerant bunch who make you feel well at ease.

The Solution to your problem is therefore Obvious.

MOAR LAN.

"and actually do it more instead of spending money on things that I never actually use."

I know it is hard but just keep trying to be yourself. If it stresses you with your parents you should try to bring it up. Real love is unconditional and you're lovely and beautiful inside and out! xxx
