Oh I've got enough money to afford frets on my bass.
I really like the black one, but I am not good enough to go fretless.
But I can go topless?

Get the Ice Man bass, it's relatively inexpensive and looks cool. It also plays pretty smooth for the price. Don't get the black one, you'll look like Korn, and if you can't do it with 4 strings, you sure as hell can't do it with 5. And the wood one makes you look like a jazz musician; all you need is a huge wool-covered strap. But yeah man, go for Tim's band, you would be a sweet bass player (probably hit the right notes too ;)
