In a word, today has been...pants. Mm. I hate having nothing but revision to do. I miss my friends. A lot.

However, I did watch A Little Mermaid.

Another thing - can Big Brother please go away now? Thanks.

I think maybe I shall buy myself a CD to try and make things better...

J: Haven't been paying attention to BB at all. I watched BBLB once a week or so ago, but that was just because it happened to be on and everything else was probably worse. Do you have a DVD player? I could lend you my YamiMatsu for something to do if you like...or you wanna catch a movie sometime?

I do have a DVD player. What is YamiMatsu? I'm sure I should know already but...I don't seem to. Hey! We could do, like, a DVD swap! I have the first 'Ah! My Goddess' DVD and the whole of 'Fushigi Yuugi', excluding the OVAs (whatever OVAs are...). Fushigi Yuugi is fantastic - I think you'd like it a lot. I've started collecting the manga too but had to stop because I can't afford it any more. *pouts* I can't afford any more CLAMP either... *weeps*

YamiMatsu... Yami no Matsuei. *points to great big huge long rambling post she wrote about it* *sheepish grin* Gorgeous, wonderfulness. No reason why you would know it, the manga hasn't been lisensed yet (tho I'm hoping it will be! I want the english translate...or even the Japanese books but I have no clue where to get them from. >_<)

The manga came first, then they made a short 13-episode anime series, which is what I've got. ^_^ It's all in Japanese, no english track, so you need the subs (which can be kinda stubborn about showing up tho... ^^;;).

Er... How to explain without going off on a huge ramble...

Yami no Matsuei is about the Shinigami, who are in charge of collecting the people who should have died, but have not yet stopped living, and taking them to be judged. The series follows the case-work of Tsuzuki-san (who is adorable! Waii! Inu-Tsuzuki is so cute as well!). Series is 4 story arcs

Wow, it sounds really cool! The Shinigami...huh? I recognise that from GW. One of the characters calls himself 'Shinigami' because everyone he ever knows seems to die. Have you read any of CLAMP's X/1999? You'd love it if you like what you just described. Your explaination of OVA seems to make sense...the FY OVAs are both sequels to the original. And they're shorter. I'm not sure when we could get together since I seem to be out of the country for most of the summer but I'll definately get back to you after the exams are over and we'll arrange something! ^_^
