One of my favorite Halloween activities is carving pumpkins. ^_^ I was a little pressed for time this Halloween, so I didn't make my own design, but there was a neat template in the booklet that came with my tool set. Although if I ever do it again, I'm going to enlarge the pattern; the tree bits were just too narrow, and I ended up reinforcing ( Read more... )

That's really cool! I remember trying to use a template one year for pumpkin carving and managing to cut the lines a little too thin, leading to horrible orange collapse. Alas.

Thus the need for straight pins to reinforce the carving. :-) Otherwise I would have had orange collapse too, which almsot sounds like a VD.

Last night the cat twins had their blood exchanged for super lucky blood, Millerna and Dryden got married, Hitomi tried to change fate for the wedding and failed, and at the very end had just given herself up to the cat twins.

I really need to borrow this series so I can see the beginning. :-)

I remember that part of Escaflowne, and it's every bit as strange as it sounds, really, so you're not that disadvantaged at the sense-making game. :)
