It's 4:30 am and I haven't been up this late/early in a long time. I realized soon after I graduated that a lot of my time was spent procrastinating and I could have and should have been getting a lot more sleep and much better grades but a lot of the time I just couldn't fucking sit down and do the work. i've only sort of learned that lesson, and if i feel even a mild illness my discipline goes out the window. A runny nose? I'm pretty sure that means three hours of MarioKart instead of looking up scholarships so i won't be as ass-in-debt next year as i will be, or looking at Ph.D. programs to decide what the fuck i'm doing with my life (Am. Studies or Comp. Lit.? Regular Lit.? Cult. Studies? -I imagine the number of mods in the last would kill me. Just being on Cal's campus on Monday made me vomit a little).
