As to the melatonin, ask for a lower dose. Seems like it works, but you sound like you have the common "melatonin hangover" that happens with high doses. Hope you can find answers.

Oh, where was the doc for Martu from? Could be a cultural thing. I know that docs at my old hospital from certain areas were not really into looking people in the face.

I tried to buy lower dose but the lower is 3mg, so I bought pills instead capsules so I can split them but the pill is so small that it gets all broken when I cut it. I don't know how can I split the pill without destroy it :(
Not sure from where the doctor was, maybe from Peru or Bolivia.
