Thyroid function should be checked with yearly physicals, so if they haven't done it, it's worth doing. MOST adults spend their days in a dehydrated state, so starting off your day with a giant glass of water is a good idea. I am glad to see you posting again. Missed your updates!

Hey nahele! I'm trying to include journaling to my routine :P
I used to check my thyroid every year because I have a nodule. They say that it didn't affect my thyroid but to be honest I don't remeber when it was the last time that I got it checked.
I'm afraid that my dehydrated permanent state has something to do with all the coffee that I drink every day, I''m trying to drink less coffee and more water :'(

Yes it really helps to the mind, you can't imagine how it is being so long under quarantine in a small apartment and few natural light. It can drive you crazy!
