I did it! I hydrated the grains for 5 days changing its suggared water every day. After that I did the first fermentation for 24 hours, took the grains away and added orange juice to the water letting it ferment for another 24 hours.
The grains grew and are now resting in the fridge until the next fermentation.
The water is fuzzy and it taste

Here people usually donate their grains to others. I had to buy dehydrated grains because noone near home was donating it and I can't go to other city to pick it because the lockdown.
