I can't write linear stories! I can't do it! My brain doesn't go in sequential order! It's so HARD! So, write a curvy loopdeloop story instead? My stories come to me as scraps and vignettes and scattered scenes and bits of dialogue, and then I have to piece it together and figure out what happened first. I guess the story is linear but the process isn't.

If your stories don't want to be linear, they don't have to be! :)

I agree! And I tend to go non-linear (at least, on long stories). But I do wish I could mix things up -- ironic phrasing -- and do it differently. Don't want to be a one-trick pony and all that. :D
