Latest experiment: using shampoo only every other day. Reaction has been mixed thus far but shows some promise. More as the situation develops later.

I have to skip shampooing every so often because my hair gets too frizzy when I wash it every day.

I've read accounts of people who've gone years without shampooing. That's a bit too extreme for me.
