It's too bad they couldn't have put together a better way to remove kutner though...

When a character gets a poorly thought out removal, I like to think of the alternatives that must have been flying around the writer's room that were deemed too poor.

For instance:

• Must return to home planet
• House diagnoses him as fired
• Falls down well
• Falls down unwell
• His princess is in another castle

I actually thought it was a pretty good idea. It certainly got me thinking about various things such as why I liked the character or what goes through the mind of someone who is contemplating suicide. Although they could have had him leave by taking a wacky road trip with his Korean roommate...
