As much as I love to see Republican Senators under fire for sexual misconduct, umm... could someone explain to me why it's illegal to put your foot and/or hand under an adjacent stall door in a public restroom???

Rude, yeah.  Tacky, sure.  But illegal?

And it sounds like the process is highly ritualized to be as inoffensive as possible... you tap your shoe, see if they respond by tapping their shoe, then move to brush against the shoe, etc. Still, learn to use the internets, man!!
