Day 9 of the rush hour commute, and I still have not had a single run into work that was the same as any other. This morning, for example, leave house at 6.55, normally this will crawl me to work for 8.00 ish giving me 30 mins breakfast time. This morning I arrived at my desk at 07.40, 50 minutes early

With regard to your neighbors, you can always follow Mr Blair's advice and inform on them! Doesn't matter if they're guilty or not, soon their flat will be full of 200 irate police officers with shooters. That should resolve his aggressive tendencies.
