But really, the *dosage* of the stuff per application is negligible. That's exactly why they're calling it "safe" at concentrations of 0.5% I'd say you put on maybe 2 mLs, 5 if you're slathering it on. So that makes .01 to .025 mLs per application, and subcutaneous absorption is never as complete as ingesting it.
However, I am convinced that the reason why white women go to tanning booths until their skin is leathery and spotted is the mood lift from the UVB -> Vitamin D process.
