Thanks Trev...yeah...well i did well at Pasadena..well for the circumstances. They ran 22 of us in one race, where there were supposed to be 3 heats, and i was hip number 20. i was in 21st place for the first 30 meters, and going into the second lap in 15th...i ended in third..a milisecond away from second place, and a good second away from first....oh well...i ran a 2:16 something, same time as last year (or close enough). hope to talk to you soon...
