Boo. The story about the army sergeant being let go for posing in playboy or the 30 million more men to women in china story are more interesting. As for the china story, I don't blame the chineese parents for wanting sons to be the problem but rather all those white guys w/ "yellow fever." My favorite story right now is with the fat cat. I want a fat cat now.

lol @ yellow fever. seriously, so few women as it is. i guess it's not that big a problem when you consider overpopulation. anyway, do you really want a fat cat? i'll get you one haha. it'll be awesome.

I do want a fat cat but not until I graduate. I won't have time to keep it fat. As for the China problem. Even though it is reducing the population, when they get to the point where they need to rebuild the population they will have no women. You need women to maintain the population and for various social issues. Families, they are doing it now and will be doing it more, will be selling their daughters because they are going to become a rare resourse. This in turn will make the girls take a step back in social justice, making them property of their husbands. They will run into the issue of having more 50+ then any other age group. By 2050 if this trend continues they will be seeing a steep drop in population. And with a lack of girls there will be a lack of hot chineese girl porn.

This situation is okay for several reasons:

1) The female population is only small relative to the male population (1 billion+!).
2) The population will drop steeply from current levels, but will stabilize.
3) China's not a beacon of human rights to begin with.
4) I'm totally joking (kind of like advocate meat consumption to deal with overpopulation).
5) The rest of Asia can step up and handle the lack of porn.

A fat cat can be your graduation present :D
