1) How much vitamin D are you taking? 5,000 IU is what I'm on for deficiency... I can really tell when I don't take it, too.
2) Would your doc give you a Vitamin B shot do you think?
3) Guided meditations to open & heal the chakras, particularly your heart chakra, which has been physically and emotionally wounded from all you've been through *hugs*
I was taking a low dose of vitamin d and my Dr had me up it to 5,000. Not sure about the Vitamin B shot...possibly. I did do meditation last time, not sure if there was ever a difference but I could probably try it again. I think Cannabis might be where hubby would draw the line with self treatment lol.
I am in no way an herbalist or know enough for you to take my word as the end all be all... That said, Valerian may be helpful for your anxiety/stress to your body.
