I have just returned from my 5th gulf coast visit. I've successfully completed ten 30-hour bus rides.

Clearly, I am a champ.

It is still pretty terrible down there. Too bad. So sad. But I'm playing my part.

This morning, when I found out that Obama won the Iowa caucus, I nearly cried.

There is hope for the country. For the world.

I want us all to see brighter days. And I believe we can help each other carry on.

I knew I wasn't the only one who desired a better way.

I have this great feeling about life right now, for other reasons too...
