40 years from now...

A friend: Remember junior year?
Me: Yes. It sucked.

" especially because you practically have to sleep with everyone in the guidance office to get ANYTHING sent in on time"
LOL. Ya they aren't very enthusiastic in the guidance dpt. They didn't know Emerson doesn't have psych program? That's pretty bad. I know that and I avoid researching colleges lol.

That's a good tip about (not) having a top choice... I can see myself getting wayyy too disappointed.

I hope you have an awesome college experience. You deserve to after all the work and energy you put into high school.

I'm hanging in for senior year. I just hope I can handle the difficulty of the courses I chose. If not, I'll drop one for tv production.

I have to second the utter uselessness of the guidance department. I don't think they know FAFSA exists. Seriously, my counselor (the same as Kristin's) did nothing. Completely and utterly fucking useless.

Now back to your regularly scheduled cheery Jake.

i was reading the book "go ask alice" and i came upon a part of the book that reminded me of you so i'm going to write it here:
"Every single teacher I have this term is an idiot and a drag. I read once that a person is lucky to have two good teachers who stimulate and motivate him in his whole lifetime. I guess I must have had my two in kindergarton and first grade, right?"

"I read once that a person is lucky to have two good teachers who stimulate and motivate him in his whole lifetime." I definately agree with that part

Strangely, I really liked my teachers for junior year- except Mr. Kramer.
