Ok, this is the first in a line of me talking about my home-brewed CDs, so I can get some mileage out of this LJ. Anyways, Here is part the first.

History: Like all of my best CDs, I didn't make this one, it made itself. I'm only using this in a figurative sense. I chose the songs, I welded them into one track, and I burnt them onto the CD, but I didn't know what I had made until I listened to it. This is why a CD's "Playtest Name" is often different from the final name.
I decided to burn this CD after I heard "Iris" on the radio and remembered how awesome a song it is. It had been a while since I had burnt "Dark Tranzitions,"(to be covered in a later installment) and I wanted to burn another single track CD, now that i was more comfortable and experienced with making one. I chose songs that I felt illustrated the mood I wanted from the CD, arranged them to make good transitions, mixed them together, then burnt the 78:20 monstrosity onto a CD. I listened to it and almost immediately decided that it was part of the LS series. Because, being a single track CD, it was so different from the others in the LS series, I named it LS Plus instead of affixing a number to it.
Notes: It is named "Alice Plus" as opposed to "LS Plus" because of my brother. I referred to it as "LS Plus" when talking to him about it, and he heard Alice. I liked the idea, so, though it is LS Plus, it is labeled as Alice Plus, and referred to as such.
OK, that's it for now. I'm hoping that this becomes somewhat regular.
