My current fandom isn't so much with the "making them rapists," but there was that story where a character who reminds me of no one so much as Guy Gardener was weeping onto a teddybear.
Hahaha, thanks for the recs for S&S! (I don't care a whit about anon once I step off the meme).
If you want to see a non-smut (yet) het story I'm paused on, there's also Immovable Object. The girl is about as typical a girl!Warden as Tannusen is a typical Surana. :)
K!meme characterization of certain characters makes me facepalm anyway. Why does everyone insist on making Greagoir a big mean rapist? Use a different Knight Commander if the rank + the armor is what gets you off, I say. There's that one in Redcliffe smuggling Lyrium...
Ohh thank you. i always love getting interesting recs. i will definitely check it out, for all that het isn't usually the thing that turns my head. But then... its the *interesting* things which do, regardless of the set up. so.. yes *definitely*. Thank you!
See, my friend thete1 taught me a *long* time ago that the *marvel* of secondary supporting characters (whom the original authors have overlooked) is their vast vast potential in having us give them such vivid life that the world created for the *primary* characters is changed by the secondary forever for the reader. Made richer, more solid.
I love what you did to Greagoir. He will forever be a little like that for me now :) I also love what you did with Ser Bryant. I don't have the religious kink. but i completely have the templar/mage kink, and now ? they chant when i have that kink. *heh* Thanks for that!
