Apparently being the expert buyer he is, he doesn't see the point in waiting since he doesn't think we'll find anywhere else as nice as that place. Which I agree with. But at the same time, I don't see why we need to rush when it's just the beginning of March. However I don't want to wait to long and then can't get it cause I really do love that place. Why are you stressed over it?
