depending on how the system is set up, you may be able to disable the montion sensors while in the house. This would prevent the alarm going off when you go to the wc.

I'm not very good at painting:) i only did the edges in our hose.

Umm... that partly depends on how difficult it will be to kill the wallpaper in the bedroom, though I'll likely be painting the entire house.

But to answer your question, I get possession on Feb 12th, and would like to have it all fixed up by the time I move on the 20th. So, any time in between there :)
