(I know you posted on the Dartmouth ring, but I didn't want to insult that band girl by posting this there.)

The Dartmouth College Marching band is a little...strange. I was a total band geek in high school and joined the DCMB at the beginning of freshman year. I made it to two rehearsals before I decided they weren't exactly the right group for me.

Also, greek life is not as bad as she makes it out to be. Granted, there's drinking, but that's the same at every college. They throw great parties, and it's just fun to go and hang out with friends.

Anyway, good luck with waiting - it's awful, I know (I was ED too) but don't worry, Dartmouth is worth the wait!
