So somewhere along the line I got addicted to the blog of a lady named Antonia who lives in London. I call her the Crazy Brit Blog Lady, because, well, she's a lady, she's blogging, and is British, and I think she's crazy. In a good way. Visiting
Just booked tickets to NY for July 4th weekend. It'll be our first visit back. It's Lanse's first experience having been so far from home for so long without a visit and having to leave again. I'm bracing myself for extreme meltdown. *sigh* On both our parts, most likely. But we miss people, so time to see them again will be good ( Read more... ) -

This morning I dreamed I was walking down Dorchester Road with my Lord Jesus. He'd come back, kinda in the way He did it the first time, but accelerated: He was an infant, but then grew up to about 40 in the space of two weeks, and was starting His ministry leadership work. Interview follow-up (cross-post)
The interview was very short! The director was very easy going, we know a few of the same people at my church so we had some common ground. The facilities were very nice, and I was encouraged to see kids well-supervised out of doors on both my way in and out. Visiting Charleston
Two weeks ago or so I discovered a friend on Facebook who was in my class in elementary school. I'd seen her again once in high school and then went to her wedding, which of course isn't conducive to lengthy discussion. So I find out two weeks ago that they were going to be on vacation this week and had wanted to visit Charleston ( Read more... )
